PEA Teacher Toolbox Series: Peer Coaching Workshop

This course is for educators interested in using research-based best practices to support fellow educators through coaching and team building. Participants will develop their leadership skills and provide guidance to their colleagues for dynamic and transformative relationships. They will examine the characteristics of adult learners, building climate and culture, data-based coaching conversations, coaching from the classroom, and different coaching models. Participants will analyze and implement data-based coaching conversations, effective listening skills, and strategies to effectively establish trust within their departments and/or grade levels to promote student achievement.
