PEA Para Academy

Polk Education Association is proud to announce our reimagined Para Academy course!

This course provides current and potential paraprofessionals with information about your contract, building a professional binder, your evaluation system, the Greenhouse Project, professional development opportunities, and more!

• Any PEA-offered professional development is FREE to PEA members.

• PEA members are prioritized in registration and the waitlist.

• This course will be open to ALL current PCPS employees (paras, provisional paras, bus drivers, custodians, etc.) FREE of cost (even if you are NOT a PEA member–but we hope you will join!)

This is a 6-hour class.  Participants who attend the course and are eligible for in-service points can earn 6 in-service points.
